Many times it is our family history or our parent’s and grandparent’s stories that we want to preserve. We have special scanners to carefully handle your oversized and delicate documents. Once we have a digital image we can create a book, DVD slideshow or more….we are limited only by your imagination!
Images have helped people capture special moments for decades. These are great, but often these images start to pile up and lay idle taking up much needed space. We are lucky in this new technological era however, having so many convenient ways to digitize the images and enjoy them without turning our living spaces into a house from ‘Hoarders’. Still, most people lack the time and energy to transfer these images so they resort to shipping their precious memories across the world. Before you do this – look closer to home! Local businesses, like Leave A Legacy, can take care of all your audio/video transfers, restoration, and scanning needs.
Recently a client brought in about 5 of these glass stereo slides. I’ve seen and scanned both glass and stereo slides but not both rolled into one. We scanned in one of the two images and saved it as a jpg file for him on a CD.
Tom found an image that looked just like his first car but the problem was that someone was sitting in his car. Leave A Legacy extricated the individual and made an archival print for Tom.
