We transfer miles and miles of film every year….loads of great memories are preserved. Once it is digitized our clients often come in to proof the films on our computers. This allows them to rearrange the films, add titles or captions or just give it a quick review before we burn the disks. Most films are silent and this is the time when we can add music or other audio. Some clients choose to invite a mother or father along and have us record them telling stories while they watch the films on the computer. The recorded voice of a relative is priceless in my opinion. Kids may not appreciate it now but it will be a treasure to be enjoyed for generations.
