Mike has quite a story about his super 8 films that he brought in to be transferred to digital files on a flash drive. He has friends in Esterbrook, WY who were walking around in a field and found these 2 reels of film. He had no idea what’s on them. The labels say “1952 Dec Tulsa – Straton – LA, Mississippi, GA” and “Elk Hunting, Buffalo, WY 1952. The films has some damage but still had lots of good footage. Seems that they had different rules of gun safety at the time. Watch some highlights here.
