Jason brought in a Betacam video tape of his wedding in 2000. We don’t get these too often but we are transferring it to DVD for him to be able to watch again with his bride.
Ron, is the keeper of all the old family photo albums made by his grandmother, Dorothy. He is having us scan two trunks full of old family albums and save them to disk. All the siblings are pitching in to pay for it and ultimately all of them will get a copy.
Steve brought in images of a treaty signed between the Sioux Indians and Andrew Jackson in 1868. It is quite a national treasure. We scanning in his images and printed out each page to 12” x 18” on heavy paper, laminated all the 44 pages and then bound it in a rich brown leather hard cover binding. It smells and looks fabulous!
They are unique and uncommon but we can access them. We’ve had the Zip drive and a Floppy drive for quite awhile but just got a Jaz drive. We can transfer all of your info off of these old disks and onto a disc or flash drive for much easier access.
