Job Description

  • At Leave A Legacy, Inc. we count on our team members to interact professionally with our valued clients. We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Conversion Professional/ Customer Service Representative to work at our Fort Collins location, to have face to face interaction with a friendly, knowledgeable approach while taking orders and helping clients during project pick up. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and will be familiar with computer navigation on PC. He or she is also experienced photo scanning on various types of scanners. The most successful representatives have a keen attention to detail while efficiently and effectively multi-tasking (keeping several projects progressing at once on multiple computers). This team member will work five week days 9-5 and later in the year I’ll need you to work Saturdays 10-2 and have a week day off. Serving as the voice and face of our company, he or she will be integral to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Objectives of this Role

  • Independently manage numerous scanning projects following established procedures and while treating client materials with upmost care and respect.
  • Taking orders on projects with types of old media (film, video, audio, photo, slides). Being knowledgeable about what they have and the options of what they may want done with it.
  • Fingerprinting clients and verifying information for clients needing background checks.
  • Answering inbound phone calls with client questions and calling clients when their project is complete.
  • After learning our current procedures, to recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

  • Balance beginning and ending cash drawer.
  • Enter client payments into Quick Books
  • Update client project tracking spreadsheet.
  • Weekly light cleaning.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school degree
  • Have an interest in preserving people’s memories
  • Successful experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, and legible handwriting.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  • Able to work individually and as a team
  • Familiar with photo editing software
  • Able to communicate technical information to client in laymen’s terms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Old media transfer experience

Compensation

  • $17-19/hr.
